Our jewellery is designed and made By Jill Graham in her Co Down workshop.

Due to the handmade nature of Jill’s jewellery, mistakes are very rare but should you receive a faulty piece please contact Jill, email or call on 07828210333.

We offer a hassle free 14-day exchange or refund on unworn pieces. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your gift is packaged in our custom Jill Graham jewellery boxes. They are black and silver paper with silver foil writing and have a plush black velvet foam insert. Care instructions and a collection leaflet are in each box and very box is carefully tied in a green bow. They are shipped in protective bubble packaging.

No. Because screens vary in size, it is next to impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. We do provide measurements where appropriate and try our best to have each design photographed on models for scale.
