How Do I Know When My Order Has Been Received?

An email confirming your order will be sent to the email address provided.

How Long Does it Take for Delivery of My Purchase?

All Jill’s orders are dispatched within 4 Days unless otherwise notified.
Postal times are estimated below but may take longer in busy periods;


Ireland 3-6 working days
UK 1-3 working days
Europe 5-7 working days
USA 7-15 working days
Australia 10-20 working days
Rest of the World 10-25 working days


If you need a piece by a specific date just let me know and I will do my best to get it to you.

If I Order Multiple Pieces, Will They Arrive Together?

Yes, they will be shipped together

What Do I Do if I Receive a Faulty Item?

Due to the handmade nature of Jill’s jewellery, mistakes are very rare but should you receive a faulty piece please contact Jill, email info@jillgraham.co.uk or call on 07828210333.

What is Your Policy for Returns and Exchanges?

I offer a hassle free 14-day exchange or refund on unworn pieces. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
